16 oz. sirloin
1.2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 minced clove garlic
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1.2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 green pepper
1 white onion
1 package cherry tomatoes

Marinate steak for 24 hours.

Cut sirloin into cubes.

For Kabobs, alternate cubes of sirloin, chopped green pepper, onions, and cherry tomatoes on skewers.
Grill until tender.
