Pam nonstick spray
12 oz. Penne Pasta
Salt and Pepper
4 large jars of marina sauce.
2 pkgs. of Jimmy Dean Italian Sausage
1 package of JD regular sausage
4 large pkgs. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 pkgs. shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 cups Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Spray Pam on the bottom of two 9x13 pans

Boil water and cook 3/4 of box of penne pasta (12 oz). Drain but do not rinse with water. Add a small amount of butter, salt and pepper. Pour in bowl and set aside..

In a large pan cook 2 pkgs. of Jimmy Dean Italian Sausage ( crumbled up) and one package of JD regular sausage and mix together.. Place the cooked sausage in the large pot on the stove on low heat. Add marina sauce.

Cook low to med. for 30 or 40 minutes to season the sauce and stir frequently.

Divide up the cheese between the two pans. Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese to each pan.

In each pan, spread 2 cups of marina sauce on the bottom of the pan. Layer penne pasta then layer cheese on top.. Repeat. Top with parmesan cheese and more mozzarella cheese.

Place pans in oven. .
