1 lb beef cubes
c flour, 3 T flour
4 T butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef cubes in half or quarters. Add c flour, salt, pepper and coat meat. Melt 1 T butter in pot. Add meat, brown quickly. Remove meat. Melt 3 T butter, slowly stir in 3 T flour (no lumps).
Add 4 c water, boil. Let simmer 3-5 minutes.
Put meat in pot, simmer for 1 - 1 hours. Stir often.
Add soup, sour cream.
Remove from heat and serve over noodles.
