1 lb crabmeat, no shell ½ c Ritz crackers, crushed 3 green onions, chopped ½ c bell pepper, chopped 1 tsp salt dash flour, cayenne pepper ¼ c mayo 1 egg 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 tsp dry mustard juice from ½ lemon ¼ tsp garlic powder ½ c peanut oil
Mix all ingredients together, except flour and peanut oil. Shape into patties and dust with flour. Pan fry in peanut oil until brown - 4-5 minutes until brown. Flip and pan fray other side.
