Chocolate Chip Cake Recipe

2 c flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
tsp salt
1⅓ c sour cream
⅔ c butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6 oz chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350. Grease 13 x 9 pan.
Combine first 9 ingredients in bowl. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Combine the c sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in separate bowl.
Pour half of first mixture (wet ingredients) into pan. Pour half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, top with half of chocolate chips. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Bake 35 - 40 minutes until toothpick is clear.
