1 cup softened butter
½ cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla
2¼ cups sifted flour
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup finely chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
2. Sift together flour and salt. Stir into butter mixture.
3. Mix in nuts. Chill dough.
4. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 2½ inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400º until set but not brown.
6. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Cool. Then roll in powdered sugar again.
