1 Pumpkin (5-7 lbs) cleaned out
6 whole eggs
2c. whipping cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. molasses
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the lid off pumpkin as you would for a jack-o-lantern. Clean out.
Put all ingredients, except the butter, into a bowl and beat together. Fill the pumpkin and top with the butter in pieces. Cover with the pumpkin lid and place in a baking dish or pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until mixture has set like a custard. Serve from the pumpkin at your table, scraping some of the meat from the pumpkin with each serving.
