1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp. Dry mustard
2 tbsp. vintage
3 slices canned pineapple
Salt and pepper
2 cups ground ham
1 + 1/2 cups ground fresh pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/ cup finely crumbled crackers
1/2 cup finely crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Brown sugar, mustard + vinegar. Putin bottom of loaf pan. Cut and arrange in pattern on bottom of pan. Combine ground, smoked ham, fresh pork, eggs, milk,crumbled crackers potato chips. Pack in pan, being careful not to disappearance the pineapple. SICE pattern.

Bake loaf @ 375 F. For about 1 + 1/2 hours.

Untold bringing pineapple on top.
