Ingredients:  
1-2 lbs ground beef
2 large cans of Veg All
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 regular size can of whole kernel corn
3-4 potatos, cubed
4 carrots cut up
2 Veg All cans of water

Directions:
Directions:
1. After browning ground beef, add everything else, including the liquids in the cans, into pot.
2. Cook on medium/high until potatoes and carrots are softened.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve with cornbread.
