2-3 cans of cream of potato
1 bag of frozen southern style hashbrowns
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
4-6 cups of milk
Chives
Bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
**This recipe is easy and you can make it in small or large quantities. Just remember, 1, 2, 3. One can of soup to 2 cups of hashbrowns to 3 cups of milk. Just follow this and increase as needed**

1. Mix milk, cream of potato, and hashbrowns in pot to boil. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
2. Turn down to simmer until hashbrowns are softened.
3. Add as much cheese as wanted, at least 2 cups. Add chives. Add bacon bits to liking.
4. Serve with dinner rolls or in a bread bowl.
