Per Person:
(1) 6 - 8 oz piece of Chilian Seabass - Remove skin
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Fresh Black Pepper
Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Remove skin from Seabass
Rub all sides with Olive Oil
Season all sides with Kosher Salt and Fresh Black Pepper

Preheat a 12" Non-Stick Skillet to smoking hot
Place fish in and let sear for 5 minutes. Do not move or touch.
Turn fish over and sear on other side for 5 minutes. Do not move or touch.
Place in oven for 5 minutes.

Remove and squeeze fresh lemon juice all over and let sit for about 3 minutes.
