3-4 frozen boneless chicken breasts
16 oz. jar medium green chili
16 oz. jar medium hot salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the jar of salsa into crockpot. Top with frozen (yes, frozen) chicken breasts. Cover with the jar of green chili. Cover, cook on low heat for eight hours. Take out chicken breasts, shred chicken and place back in crockpot for about 15-20 minutes.

Serve over rice with black beans and lettuce.
