1 Package Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 Package Lemon Instant Pudding
1 cup water
¾ cup oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

When done, pierce with fork all over and spread with glaze.


Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
⅓ cup lemon juice
4 Tablespoons butter
Mix together and beat well.

This was a favorite of Grandpa's family...Aunt Wanda was Uncle Joe's, one of Grandpa's older brothers, wife. Aunt Wanda brought this cake to family dinners.
