2 cups all-purpose flour---I like to use Cake Flour
⅔ cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
⅔ cup oil
2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate milk
1 cup brewed coffee-cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and whisk dry ingredients, except sugar.

Combine oil and sugar in mixing bowl; add eggs, beat well.

Add flour mixture alternately with milk.

Stir in coffee and vanilla.

Pour into cake pan you have greased and floured.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes---might need additional time.

Cool and frost with your favorite frosting, which was cream cheese frosting!
