¼ lb margarine
1½ c. chopped onion
2 ½ c. diced celery
1-2 loaf day-old bread cubed
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
2 can cream of mushroom
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, sauté celery and onion until soft, add other ingredients. Toss lightly, spoon evenly into greased baking pan. Cover, bake in moderate oven (350º) for 50 min. Uncover, bake 10 min. longer or until brown.
