1 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
( season meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt/pepper, cayenne or whatever seasoning you prefer, just season it!!)
1 can tomato soup
1 can french cut green beans (peas or corn can be substituted)
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season, brown then drain the ground beef in a skillet.

2. Add tomato soup to the ground beef. Heat till warm.

3. Pour meat and soup mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese, then add the veggie (green beans, peas or corn) another thin layer of cheese, top with mashed potatoes. **See note

** I prefer to use real mashed potatoes but have used instant in a pinch.

4. Cook uncovered in a 350 oven for 35-45 minutes then top with remaining cheese and return to oven for additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
