Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 c chopped apples (Jonathan are a favorite, but any baking apple will work)
1/2 c sugar
pinch of salt
dash of cinnamon
1 T flour
2 T water

Topping:
1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 c flour
1/4 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.

Mix dry ingredients & add the apples & water. Spread evenly in baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle over apple mixture.

Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

Serve with ice cream or half/half.
