Ingredients:

3 cups rhubarb
1 tbsp flour
1 cup brown sugar

Topping:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients
Pour into 13"x9" greased pan
Add topping
Bake 30 minutes at 350
