Ingredients:  
2 packages of Frozen Lima beans
4 slabs of Salt Pork or Bacon
1 Medium Onion diced
2T Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot cook lima beans per package instructions. In pan cook pork until crisp, rendering the fat. Remove crisp. Cook onions in fat over med high heat until golden. Add flour and mix until smooth. Add back crisped pork and then the lima beans. Cook until tender season with salt and pepper.
