1 unbaked graham cracker crumb crust (9")
2 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 cups sour cream (1 pint)
1 egg, well beaten
2 cups fresh blueberries (1 pint)
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.

Mix 3 Tbsp brown sugar and flour, then blend into the sour cream. Beat in 1 egg. Pour half of this mixture
into the graham cracker crust. Mix the blueberries in a bowl with 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Pour this over the sour cream mixture in the crust. Top with remaining half of sour cream mixture.
Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until the filling is set. Chill until ready to serve.
