2 lbs. bulk sausage
4 slices bread, cubed
8 oz (or more) grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 Lg. eggs
1 1/2 C. Milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, break up and saute sausage over med heat, Drain
Place bread in the bottom of a 3 Qt dish
Add sausage, then grated cheese

In a Large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt & dry mustard until frothy.
Pour over cheese and sausage.

Cover & Refrigerate over night. In the morning Bake @ 350 45 minutes

Chopped ham or bacon could be used too.

( I have added 1 pkg. Pioneer Country Gravy Mix to the egg mixture) Yummy!
