3 Medium Zucchinis
4 Lg. Potatoes
1 - 30oz Tomato Sauce
2 Tbs. Oil
Salt, pepper & Garlic powder
Mozzarella (shredded)
Directions:
Directions:
Put OIl in 13 X 9" pan - spread & sprinkle w/ salt - pepper - garlic,
Mix well: Cover w/ lid or foil
Bake 30 minutes @ 350º

After 30 minutes add the Tomato Sauce , cover & bake an additional 30 to 45 minutes

Cover with mozzarella till melted and browned

(You could add any meat if desired or additional Veggies)

Or just serve with the meat you have prepared..... Yum
