Frozen pre-made biscuits
frozen or refrigerated turkey sausage patties

This is perfect for meal prepping for the week or just one biscuit the night before. Make them ahead and put them in the freezer or fridge. Fast food biscuits are very large, buttered, and fatty meats added. With this, you get a biscuit but cut out calories by adding turkey sausage instead of pork sausage. It is great that you can purchase these items pre-made from the grocery store so there's nothing to other than baking the biscuits and heating up the patty. You could get fancy and add some reduced fat cheese, or egg whites.
