Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/4 cup butter
1 small sliced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 T flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 chicken boullion cube and 1 cup hot water (or 1 cup chicken stock)
1 can sliced white potatoes, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, melt butter and saute chick until browned. Remove chicken, and add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. In small bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Slowly stir boullion cube in hot water until dissolved, then add flour mixture and stir until combined. Add mixture to onion and garlic and stir. Add chicken and potatoes. Slowly cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
