1 cup coarsely chopped zucchini
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 lb ground sweet Italian sausage (pork or turkey)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
2 cans (14-14 1/2 oz each) beef broth
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups (4 oz) uncooked pasta nuggets (radiatore)
2 T snipped basil (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with garlic and onions until no longer pink, 8-10 minutes. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce, broth, and water. Bring to a boil, then stir in pasta. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 7 minutes. Stir in zucchini and cook 2-4 minutes, until zucchini is tender. Remove from heat and stir in basil, if desired.
