1 - 2 pkgs. Spare ribs
Salt
Pepper
Saucy Susan

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into two or three rib portions. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to taste. Foil line a baking pan or sheet pan. Place ribs in pan. Place aluminum foil over the ribs. Bake at 400 degrees F for about an hour until ribs are soft. Uncover ribs and apply Saucy Susan. Bake for an additional 20 mins.

Almost too easy but really good, especially if you're tired of ribs with BBQ sauce.
