Boil Corned beef w/spice packet, also bay leave, onion, salt, pepper (to taste) till tender
Scrape off the fat and spices: put in a casserole dish


"Sauce"

2 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. mustard
2 Tbs. vinegar
1/3 C. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. Ketchup
1 Tbs. Mint Jelly (optional)

Melt in sauce pan to boiling. Pour some over meat and Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes
Bast- serve: Serve with extra sauce
