1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 boxes chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 large container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour and nuts together and pat into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake 15 minutes at 350º. Cool completely. Combine the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip together and spread over cooled crust. Mix the pudding and milk together, stir until thickened and pour over the cream cheese layer. Top with the remaining Cool Whip. Place into the refrigerator for a few hours.
