Pastry for 1-crust, 10-inch pie, uncooked
1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese
5 slices cooked bacon, cut in 1" pieces
3 slices cooked bacon, cut in half (save for top garnish)
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard

Sprinkle cheese and 1" bacon pieces into pastry lined pan. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese and bacon. Bake in pre-heated oven (375) for 10 minutes. Top with half slices of bacon and continue baking for 35 minutes or until firm and browned. Cut into wedges.
