2 Cups (Aunt Jemima White Corn Meal mix)
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Small Onion, finally chopped
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornmeal mix, sugar and onion in bowl.
Add milk and egg to dry ingredients, stirring to combine.
Drop by helping teaspoonfuls into hot deep oil, frying only a few at a time.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
