1 Pound of Stew Meat
1 - 2 Pound Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables.
4 Cups of Beef Broth, canned
1 Quart of Crushed Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Sauce, 8 ounce
1 Medium Onion, chopped
4 Small Potatoes, cubed
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt



Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in a large stockpot over medium heat.
Add meat and cook until lightly browned, stirring and turning constantly.
Add Onion
Add Potatoes
Add Mixed Vegetables
Add Crushed Tomatoes
Add Sugar
Add Black Pepper
Add Salt
Add Beef Broth
Add Tomato Sauce
Stir well, let come to light simmer, reduce heat to medium low.
Cover pot and let simmer about 3 hours or until potatoes are done.
