For Salad:
1 large head Nappa cabbage, finely chopped, or two bags of shredded cabbage
5 sliced green onions (tops too!)
2 packages Ramen soup (noodles only; break up well)
½ c. sesame seeds
½ c. butter
1 small package of slivered almonds

For Dressing:
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
½ c. vinegar
½ c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the Ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in butter. Cool and set out on a paper towel to remove excess butter. Toss noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds with cabbage and green onions. Blend dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Toss salad with dressing 20 minutes before serving.
