2 1/2 c milk
4 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/4 t salt
1/2 t vanilla
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Scall [scald?] milk. Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually stir into milk. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake 400º for 25-30 minutes.
