Zucchini, (amount is up to your needs)
Cooking spray
Italian seasoning
Butter
Grated cheese, ( mozzarella or provolone )

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and dry zucchini, and cut off the ends. Slice length wise, clean out seeds, and set aside.
2. Spray baking dish with Pam.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Lay zucchini halves into the baking dish and brush with melted butter.
5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the top. Bake appropriately 30 minutes, or until tender. Top with grated
Cheese, and bake until lightly browned.
