1 9 or 10" baked pie crust
1½ cups water
1 3 oz. package of jello
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Fresh fruit or frozen thawed, reserve a few for garnish
Whipped cream

Use any of the following fruit and jello combinations:
Peaches (Peach Jello), Strawberries (Strawberry Jello), Blueberries (Lime Jello)
Blackberries or Raspberries (Raspberry Jello), Grated Orange Rind (Orange Jello)

Directions:
Bring water to boil. Dissolve Jello in water. Add vanilla ice cream to Jello and dissolve thoroughly. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until slightly set but not firm. Fold in fruit and pour into pie shell. Chill in refrigerator until set firm, approximately 3-4 hours. Top with whipped cream and add fruit garnish.
