Ingredients:  
5 cups flour
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Teaspoon cream of tartar
1 Teaspoon salt
2 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs
2 Teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar well. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Add vanilla.

Refrigerate dough overnight.

Roll out on lightly floured surface.

Bake 350 9-11 minutes

This recipe is from one of the cooks at Park Hill High School. She would always have a special cookie for you when you visited Daddy at school.

We use this recipe for our Christmas and Easter cut-out cookies.
