Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: 18-25 Oreo cookies ¼ cup margarine ½ gallon coffee ice cream Chocolate Sauce: ¼ cup butter ¼ cup baking cocoa and 1 oz. baking chocolate ¾ cup sugar ½ cup evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla dash salt Whipped cream and walnuts

Directions:	Directions: Crush cookies, melt margarine and mix. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Fill with softened ice cream. Cover and freeze. Prepare chocolate sauce: Melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cool slightly. Add chocolate sauce to top of cake, cover and freeze. Take out of freezer 15 minutes before serving. Slice, top with whipped cream and nuts, and serve.
