For 1 peck of whole pickles, if sliced use 1/2 of recipe for sauce

1 gallon vinegar (dilute if strong)
2 ounces mustard (dry)
3 pounds sugar (Brown or white)
1 heaping cup flour
1ounce turmeric (1 tablespoon)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix paste of dry ingredients, stir into vinegar and boil until creamy.
Put vegetables in and heat thoroughly.

Use cauliflower and onions with pickles to the amount of 1 peck, if desired. Put in salt brine overnight.
