2 lbs frozen cubed hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
cup chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1 stick butter
Cornflakes (optional garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in both soups and remove from heat. Mix in sour cream. In a LARGE bowl, mix potatoes, cheese and onion. Pour soup mixture over potatoes and stir well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Garnish with cornflakes if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
-ALTERNATE-
Put in crock pot on medium heat for several hours, stirring often. Omit garnish with crock pot.
