4 ripe large tomatoes, cut into inch cubes
1 lb. ripe brie cheese, rid removed and torn into pieces
1 c. fresh basil leaves, finely minced
3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 c. olive oil
2 t. slat
freshly ground pepper
1 lbs. linguine
freshly ground parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, brie, basil garlic, 1c. olive oil, t. salt, pepper in a bowl. Let stand covered at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving. Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 T. olive oil and salt to the water. Add linguine and boil until tender but still firm, 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with tomato sauce. Serve with parmesan cheese.
