5 lbs. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick of butter
Garlic salt, chives, paprika, onion and bacon bits to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, boil, and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients and blend with mixer. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Garnish with paprika.

-ALTERNATE-
Put in crock pot on low/medium heat for 2 hours, stirring often
