4 tomatoes, cut in half horizontally
4 t. olive oil
salt and freshly ground peper
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 T. chopped fresh basil or parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Baka in preheated 325º oven for 2 hours. (The tomatoes will collapse and begin to caramelize.) Sprinkle with garlic after one hour. Sprinkle with herbs just before serving.
