1 2 lb. bag mini sweet peppers, roasted or not
2 8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbles
2-3 diced jalapenos
1 1/2 C shredded sharp cheddar, pepper jack, etc.
Directions:

Cut off one end of peppers and clean out seeds. Combine remaining ingredients and stuff into peppers and enjoy!
