3 cooked chicken breasts
1 head of lettuce
4 stalks, chopped green onions
2 Tbs. slivered almonds
2 Tbs. sesame seeds
1 small can Chinese noodles

Dressing: Combine all, shake well.
2 Tbs. sugar
¾ tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cracked ground pepper, 1 tsp. accent
½ cup safflower oil
3 tsp. wine vinegar

Cut cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Shred lettuce. Chop onions. Toast almonds, sesame seeds, and noodles at 350º for 10 minutes until lightly browned. Mix all ingredients. Add dressing just before serving.
