1 c. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3 T. lemon juice
2 doz. double lady fingers
pt. shipping cream
4 T. confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually add lemon juice. On a large round plate lay 12 lady fingers down vertically in 2 rows with curved side down, forming a square. Spread ⅓ of the lemon mixture on top. Lay 12 lady fingers horizontally on top of this and spread another ⅓ of the lemon mixture on top. Continue as above ending with lady fingers. Whip cream and fold in confectioners sugar, frost.
