15½ oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
2 cups soft bread crumbs
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped parsley
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. lemon juice
¾ tsp. salt
2 Tbs. butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Stir until mixed well. Spoon into buttered 9x5x3 loaf pan. Spread smooth. Bake 45 minutes until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
