1 16oz pkg Penne
5 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
2 Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
½ c Chicken Broth
1 Bunch Slender Asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 clove Garlic, thinly sliced
¼ c Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Bring pot of water to boil and cook past. Drain, set aside.

Warm 3 Tbsp oilive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in chicken, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook through, remove chicken to paper towels. Pour broth into skillet, stir in asparagus, garlic and a pinch of garlic powder. Cover and steam asparagus (5-10 minutes). Stir in chicken. Stir chicken mixture into pasta-stir well. Sprinkle with cheese.©
