cup Olive Oil
1 Pound Hot Italian Sausage, casings removed
1 pd fresh Mushrooms, coarsely chopped
2 cups sliced Onions
1 28oz can diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 cup White Wine
1 cup Clam Juice
2 tsp dried Basil
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 lg bunch Parsley, chopped
2 cans Clams, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage, mushrooms, onion and cook stirring (breaking up sausage) until sausage loses pink color, about 10 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, bring to a boil, crushing tomatoes into small pieces. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Pour in the wine and clam juice. Return to a boil. Reduce to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add basil and garlic and cook an additional 5 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
