2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 Medium Onion, diced
2 Celery Stalks, quartered lengthwise, sliced 1/4" pieces
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 Cup Chicken Stock
3 10oz Cans Chopped Clams
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 Bay Leaves
1 lb Idaho Potatoes, cut into 1/2" (inch) cubes
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery, sauté until softened. Stir in flour distributing evenly. Add stock, juice from cans of clams, cream, bay leaves and potatoes, stir to combine. Bring to simmer, stirring constantly, then reduce to medium-low and cook 20 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender. Add clams and season with salt and pepper.©
