6 SWORDFISH STEAKS ( APPROXIMATELY 1/2 POUND EACH, AND I INCH THICK)
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
4 CLOVES GARLIC - MINCED
2 TABLESPOONS DRIED BASIL
1 TABLESPOON DRIED OREGANO
1 TEASPOON CELERY SALT
1/2 CUP BUTTER - MELTED
MINCED FRESH PARSLEY

Directions:
COMBINE OIL, LEMON JUICE, GARLIC, HERBS, SALT & PEPPER; MIX WELL.
BRUSH BOTH SIDES OF FISH GENEROUSLY WITH THE MIXTURE, AND REFRIGERATE IN MARINADE FOR 2 HOURS. TURN STEAKS EVERY HALF HOUR TO MARINATE THOROUGHLY.

GRILL FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES; TURN, BASTE AND COOK FOR 6-7 MINUTES MORE.

SERVE STEAKS BRUSHED GENEROUSLY WITH HOT MELTED BUTTER, AND TOPPED WITH FRESH PARSELY
